    I am a consultant that works with businesses to make their operations more customer-friendly. When I'm not at work, I am a Cub Scout Leader and Boy Scout Leader and train adults in Scouting. I also do volunteer work in my church and community.

    Favorite Foods

    I have to be in the mood to cook, otherwise I want to be as far away from the kitchen as possible. I came upon this site to find new recipes and ways to accomodate my family's various diet needs, including gluten-free menus, the desire to keep my kids chemical free and my desire to keep weight off and eat more nutriously. I also hope to find and add recipes that kids that take into the woods and cook on a campout.
