"Great salad. I didn't have any parsley, but I did have mint. Other than that I followed exactly. Delicious and protein rich. Thank you!"

"Great little recipe. Don't forget to add the melted butter in! I used slightly less butter and white whole wheat flour. Simple, tasty. I'm from Mississippi, so I was attracted to the recipe (even though I think these are from the mid-west part of the Valley...I'll still claim them!"

"Nice little recipe. I used half polenta/half corn meal, white whole wheat flour, frozen corn and a whole egg. I made this for my international students because they have been asking me what authentic southern food is. I don't usually love cornbread, especially because of all the oil, but this was good. "Great soup - and easy to alter. I added a few extra vegetables that have been hanging out in the fridge for almost too long. Delicious. I ate 2 bowls for lunch!"

"This was really good. I think marinating the tofu would've been nice, but it was still good without. It really did taste like something you would get at a Chinese restaurant. I added a good bit of garlic chili paste at the end because I like it spicy. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Pretty good, but I agree with others who say that they need more sugar. I'll make them again, but I'll add an extra tablespoon of molasses or maybe some honey. I let the whole thing rise over night in the fridge, took them out and punched them down and cut them into rolls about 3 hours before I needed them. Great texture, very pretty, just needed ..."

"I thought this was very tasty. I made up a batch tonight and ate it wrapped in a tortilla with romaine lettuce and goat cheese (surprisingly tasty. Thanks for the recipe!"

"No complaints at all; this was delicious! I ground most of my own spices in a second hand coffee grinder that I recently got. This makes a huge difference in flavor; I highly recommend it! The dish has a nice kick to it, but not too much for me. I'd have to cut back for some of my friends though. It took me about 15 minutes total to make this. Gre..."

"I really love these. I have a frisbee tournament coming up this weekend - and we often don't really get a lunch break, so I thought these would be a good, energy-dense choice. (I may have already eaten like 1/5 of them...what?! Mine look more whole-grain/nubbly than mikey&ev's pic. I NEVER managed to get them up to 205 - even after like 45 minute..."
