    About Me

    LOVE TO COOK!!!LOVE TO COOK!!!
I have been collecting differnt kinds of recipes since I was little and I have yet to follow a recipe all the way thorugh. Hey what can I say, I like to put my own twist into everything.
I'm trying to find some good recipes that are healthy with ingredients that aren't hard to find!
I am the only one in my family besides my Nana who can cook. Everyone is great at planting and I can kill a cactus so I guess we even eachother out!

    Favorite Foods

Hmmmmmm...........well I am BIG on sushi but could never master it, I'd probably kill someone!
I really like anything with seafood in it.
I am famous for my salsa, it's not so hot that it has no flavor but it still has a kick.
Lately I have been experimenting with herbs (no not that kind)!! Basil, Tyme and Mint. I find that using herbs brings out the natural flavor of that food you are cooking!
