    About Me

Hello; I've been a cook and caterer for forty years having joyfully cooked in the States (San Francisco Bay Area + Los Angeles, northern Italy ((Piemonte and Genova)) & Sicily, plus a six month stint in Mexico). I had a culinary column for the Italian-American weekly L'Italo-Americano for eight years and have given well over one hundred interviews and hosted confrences about the Italian kitchen. In 1995 I was filmed in my kitchen by PBS.
