    About Me

    I love to cook, no doubt about it. All of my family gatherings inspire lots of new menus and recipes. I love all kinds of foods from different countries and I try to mimic as many as I can. I am lucky to have such a brave family that eats or at least tries all of my accomplishments and failures in the kitchen. Right now I am really into perfecting my pancakes and fried chicken. I've kind of gone back to the basics in the kitchen that a lot of people overlook or rely on convient frozen or boxed versions. When I'm not cooking I'm entertaining 3 children, a dog and 3 cats...and a husband too!

    Favorite Foods

    Everyday I have a different favorite food or restaurant. Living in California exposes my whole family to lots of choices. Although my Italian heritage leans me towards southern italian and mediterranean cooking I'm mainly known for my Chicken Fried Steak and biscuits and gravy on Christmas Morning. My most requested meal is Fried Chicken and Waffles both drizzled with syrup.
