I love baking and am passionate about being healthy. I try to combine these two things whenever possible. I also enjoy cooking for friends and family and am often in search of recipes that I can serve to company or a crowd. I am a full time preschool teacher, so time has become a huge consideration to me, and quick recipes make me quite happy. :o) I also like my food to be pretty, but taste is my priority. I try making sure that my baked goods are both pretty AND tasty!
I am originally from Raleigh, NC, but I spent a lot of time living in southern California. I've recently moved back to the east coast, but I miss the fantastic Mexican and vegetarian food found in SoCal!
