I actually added more onions than called for and a little more cayenne pepper...we like it hot. I did add 1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning as well and cut the sherry down to 1/4 cup. Thanks for posting... i will definitely make this one again!"

"This bread is fabulous! I did however follow the advice of beancooker who decreased the brown sugar...i really wish i wouldn't have... i would have liked it a little sweeter. so for those of you out there that like a sweet bread follow the recipe exactly...if you like a less sweet bread then decrease the brown sugar. i did only bake this for 45 m..."

"These were awesome! i have never eaten or made pupusas....yes the recipe is time consuming, however definitely well worth it....i did add more hot peppers to the curtido...i like it hot!
