"This was a great unique way to have a hamburger! I wanted ckn frd stk hubby wanted a hamburger, its a perfect blend of both. I double dipped it with GLUTEN FREE flour and milk! Milk is a better dipper than egg, things come up crunchier."

"Well the overall recipe was great, but the problem we ran into was that the potato skins fell apart when we were scooping them out so we could not re-stuff the filling into them so we just used hash brown rings (get them from any resturant supply store so they were stuffed, just not back into there skins!"

"I own this cook book! I highly suggest, every Gluten Free Dieter own it, just for these rolls!They also are fabulous for hamburger buns, just get hash brown rings to put the dough in, no need to double the batch, as is will make 3 buns."
