    Hi!  I have been cooking for one year now and apparently have a knack for it.  I really enjoy taking a recipe and putting a new spin on it.  I'm from Louisiana, so you know how we like our good eating!  This site and everyone envolved has taught me to cook, thanks!

    Favorite Foods

    Hmmmm, this is a tough one to answer.  I am attracted to anything that bursts with flavor.  When I think won't enjoy a dish, I tweak it to suit what my family and I would like.  I like to fix a hearty main dish, but having vegetables is important to get all the "healthy stuff" in.  I typically gear towards: Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Cajun, BBQ
