"Quick & easy recipe. : I make these using melted coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. I have even made these with freshly ground soft white wheat berries & the cookies were still soft & moist. I like the fact that this doesn't make a huge batch - using a size 40 scoop, I get 2 dozen cookies of equal size. Thanks for sharing!"

"Yummy! I used brown jasmine rice & omitted the wild rice (forgot it actually. I didn't actually measure the spices, just used the basic proportions. I didn't have any turmeric, so that was also omitted. The whole family loved it - this will definitely be added to the menu list. I made this to accompany baked salmon & it was a very nice balan..."

"This was good, but not excellent. I doubt I'll make it again, as my 3yo & 5yo daughters did not like it. :( I wanted to love it, as this recipe came highly recommended by a friend, but it wasn't for us."

"I grew up eating this recipe made with chicken. Never thought about using pork chops before & I'm so glad I tried it! I did change the recipe slightly, using brown rice, homemade chicken broth, and a quick cream sauce instead of the canned soup. Very tasty - my daughters (2 & 4 loved the rice! Thanks for posting. :"

"Great recipe! I grilled 1# each of zucchini & eggplant tonight to go along with my pepper-lime chicken and simple pasta tossed in butter & fresh basil. It was perfect! Instead of quartering the zucchini, I cut it into coins approx 1/2" thick. I cut the eggplant into slices 3/4-1" thick, and they both grilled up beautifully. Being in a hurry, ..."

"I have made this several times, and have loved it each time. It works equally well with venison (barely tastes like venison! and allows for a variety of extra veggies to be added if desired. I serve it with brown rice, and increase the volume of the sauce b/c it's yummy. I used 5 large cloves of garlic, 2 tsp cooking sherry, extra virgin olive..."

"This was very good. I used a baked pastry shell instead of the graham cracker crust. I could have whipped the filling longer, it didn't fill the crust as high as I had hoped - but it was incredibly fluffy. Reminded me of the fluffy 3-Musketeers filling. Yum!"

"Perfect. : I used 3c milk & 1/2c heavy cream, skipped the cayenne, and added 1/2c of aged cheddar. This was exactly what I was craving! It was a little soupy when I first took it out of the oven (probably due to the extra milk, but thickened up with a little standing time. Yum! I'll be making this again soon. Thanks!"

"MMM! I made these tonight with freshly ground white winter wheat, coconut oil, and honey. They were great! I made 16 (2.45oz buns, and they were the perfect size for sloppy joes. Thanks! I'll be making these often!"
