Happily married for nearly eight years, I have been a stay-at-home mom since my DD was born prematurely in January 2006. Since that time I have become more conscious of nutrition and the role it plays in every aspect of our lives. We now have 3 daughters and are attempting to follow a more traditional / pre-industrial diet.
My viewpoints on food & nutrition have changed a lot over the last few years due to my continual reading & researching. I am fascinated by the studies of Dr. Weston Price and would love to completely remove many of the modern foods from our diet. Just have to take it one step at a time... :)
I love our local Thai restaurant! Everything is made on site when it is ordered. mmmmm!
I love baking yeast bread but desire to conquer traditional sourdoughs.
