    "All I can say is DELICIOUS! I made this tonight and loved them. It is time consuming but generally anything worthwhile is.For the filling, I replaced the beef broth with sake and it was wonderful!As for the dipping sauce, sheer perfection!I will definitely be making them again. Thanks!"

    "I made this dish a few days ago and it was very tasty!To make my chicken crisp, I dipped the chicken pieces into egg whites then put them into a ziplock bag with flour, a bit of salt and pepper. Shaking to coat well.This was easy to make and was delicous served with Jasmine rice."

My search continues for the perfect authentic pattie!The dough was easy to make, I used 1/2 cup of shortening and 1/2 cup of butter instead of 1cup of shortening.
