    "Another Kittencal winner. Used Clubhouse brand Barbecue Chicken Seasoning and roasted on a bed of aromatic vegetables. Drained, skimmed and reduced the drippings for a nice sauce. Used a 2.3 kg roasting chicken and increased the lower temp cooking time to 1:10."
