    "Forgot to mention that I poked the whole squash with a few pricks and microwaved on high for 10 mins. until soft. Cut it in half, scooped out seeds and added cooked squash to pot. This saves lots of time peeling, etc."

    "Good recipe w/addition of onion powder. I don't like big chunks of egg so I used a metal pastry blender to finely chop the eggs and added just a dash of yellow mustard. Yum!!!"

    "I've made Chicken Marsala for years & this recipe is perfect. For the gal who thinks frying chicken is too messy, I suggest she use a deep dutch oven pot. Much less messy grease splatters. I also doubled the sauce cuz it's just toooo yummy to not have enough to saturate the angel hair pasta. ."
