    About Me

    Once I could reach the stove, way back in the sixties... I knew I wanted to work at the Waldorf. "I was in kindergarten when Kennedy was shot."
    Well I have yet to make it to New York. I cook for my husband, who seems to like what I do.
    My passion is not to burn anything I make.
    One of my peeves is when a cook on the food network says anyone can cook.
    I don't believe it. I know people that can not rub sage in their hands. They need to call a professional cook or go out to dinner.

    Favorite Foods

    Pastitsio is one of my favoriot dishes to make.
    I am famous for Tzatziki which is a Greek dip used in Gyros.
    I like to go to Tasso's Restaurant in Gilroy, Ca.
    I know that Tasso can cook.
