I don;t think I will ever buy bisquick again! I did add about 1/2 tsp of baking pwder to the flour and salt and it was pretty close to the same result... mabe even better - crisper on the ..."

"For OAMC buffs, I had to add that I re-used the broth and bought two more roasts and am making them now, so I can pre-do and vacuum seal them with the mustard glaze for a future fast company meal, or slicing meat for sammies. ___________________________This was the best recipe I've made for corned beef. I used chix broth instead of water -- a..."

"Out of this world! I couldn;t wait for it to cool... I ate it right out of the 8" pie pan I cooked it in! I used low fat feta, three egg whites, and also increased the amt of low-fat cottage cheese I used to about 12 ounces, as I had some extra to use up. This is a perfect post-op gastric bypass recipe for stage 3 and beyond! Real high protein..."

"I love this dish! I am remiss in rating because I started making a year ago or so. I use low fat soups, lite mayo and whole wheat shells. I can tell you that I have used low fat chix gravy in place of the second can of soup, but always use the mayo because I understand the purpose of it... it gives a tang and richness to the mix and helps hold ..."

"This really hit the spot for me! I'm a post-op gastric bypass patient and always seeking something high in protein and fiber and low in sugar. Cottage cheese, eggs and oatmeal are on my meal plan on this phase of my recovery and I was getting so bored with them, indiviually! The recipe came out reminding me a bit of the consistency of naan, the ..."

"I have loved this recipe for a long time. I have made it just as printed, but also have used dry onion soup mix on top, instead of French-fried onions... and have added shrooms and/or green onions... I like to double the rice (and add about 5 minutes, without covering. Always a rave. :"
