"Just finished this wonderful dinner! There are 5 of us with the kids aged 12, 10 and 8. If one of the kids like dinner we count ourselves lucky with a 3 out of 5 Castle's agree but tonight was a 5 out of 5. We all cleaned our plates. "My daughter and I made this and it was very delicious. We read through all the comments and adjusted the timing but the ingredients were right on. We finished ours up in the oven also. We live in a humid climate and the microwave produces to much moisture. We had to eat it quickly (which was not hard to do due to the high humidity."

"Absolutely loved it! After vacationing in Florida in drinking these we came home bought a muddler and a mint plant and started making mojitos. We made adjustments to use this recipe for a single serving. We have been drinking them so much I think the lime juice has burnt the lining right off my stomach. What a refreshing summer drink."
