"WHY would anyone spend 12 hrs over a grill/smoker when these are ready in 3 hrs?!? I braised the ribs at 275 degrees for 2-1/2 hrs; slathered them with sauce and baked them uncovered at 275 for an additional 30 minutes. We will NEVER order ribs at a restaurant again. Thanks Alton for de-mystifying ribs for me!
