"This is a generational hand me down sauce from Italy.
I got it from a nice old lady in my old neighborhood.
Enjoy!"

"A delicious french inspired Tenderloin Beef dish that pairs well with potatoes dauphine and candied carrots. Serve with white or Rose wine to really taste the divinely inspired combinations of tastes.
About 2 hrs prep time."

Hello Foodies!
Really like this site. This is an awesome resource for the gourmand addict. I like to travel in France and Germany
and after eating some of the most heavenly inspired dishes
created there by just super talented chefs, I come home to America and try to at least recreate the flavors with domestic ingredients here in America. Not that I ever suceed in their level
of perfection confection, but imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. (and fatery.)

Pork Roast with Chantrelle mushroom gravy and home made noodles (RosterBraten und Pfefferlings mit Spatzle.) Wow!
Chateau Briand , French style with fresh candied veggies and potatoes Dauphine.
King Fried Pork Fillet with bernaise sauce (Konig Snitzle)
Flame Cake (Flammenkuchen- white pizza with sour cream BACON and cheese...soooo yummy!)
Lobster (of course!) pretty much any style.
Any French Rose' wine this year and 2011
All of the Red Italian Barollo's wines, any year.

"This is a little something I made up while waiting out the recent "Elmo" snowstorm. It is a variation on the traditional sacher torte, but from everybody's reaction , probably a good variation. It will take awhile to make, so plan to have some time for prep."
