"Easy and delicious - thank you for sharing this : I topped it with cheese and baked it for 20 mins or so rather than just dishing it straight out, and it was gorgeous."

"Didn't flambe as I didn't have any rum, but oh my this was soooo good! I've never made anything like this before, and it was absolutely heavenly. Thank you thank you thank you! I used Kelly's Cornish honeycomb ice cream, too, which made it even more delicious. Definitely making this again."

"Thank you thank you thank you! This is the best nut roast I've ever tasted - and I've tried many different ones, believe me. The flavours in this are amazing. "Fantastic! Delicious and comforting, will def be making this again. Didn't have any white wine so used veg stock and a splash of red instead. Worked fine, but white probably better though. Also, very lazily just made plain old cheese sauce with some nutmeg in - still tasted good! Mmmmm, thank you so much for this."

"Very nice. I made it with stewing lamb in the slow cooker. Found the flavours a bit muddy, so added some fresh coriander to try and clear things up. Served over cous cous. A yummy meal, thanks for sharing this :"

"Delicious! Didn't have any raisins, and used a cooking apple instead of dessert ones, but this came out lovely. Fruity and spicy and very satisfying. Did it in the slow cooker. Served with rice, it made a brilliant cheap, easy meal. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks!"

"Outstanding, what can I say. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is I played about with the recipe a bit, but I can safely say this dish was out of this world. The lamb was so tender and flavoursome, and the gravy needed nothing doing to it at all - just pour out pan juices, thicken with flour and voila! So, I ommitted the veggies (Beccaus..."

"Yum yum, what a great way to used up leftover mash! Made these with a bit more mash (because I had moreand 1/2 cup of coconut (because I ffelt like it. The mix was too thick to 'drop', but I spooned rounds onto a baking sheet, then squashed flat with a fork. They were delicious - spices were just right - and I'll definitely be making them again!..."
