    About Me

I've been cooking forever it seems like. I learned by watching my mother & grandmother. No one could make fried chicken like my gram. Beyond belief!! Not to mention her peach pie.

My son has followed in my footsteps & is even a better cook that I am or probably could hope to be. (I think I'm jealous).

Many years ago I had a catering business @ first w/my cousin but she dropped out shortly. My son started helping me out & it was awesome. However, this was on the side from my regular 8 - 5 job & I just couldn't keep up w/it.

    Favorite Foods

I would have to say that Italian is my favorite. However, Chinese & Mexican are right up there as well. I also acquired a taste for Greek food from my friend in Seattle. Her mother, as well as my friend, would make stuff that would knock your socks off!!! From the Greek pastries to everyday foods, it was wonderful. I never acquired a taste for the coffee or the Kalmata olives, too salty!
