I cooked the rice, then mixed together the rice, chicken, pineapple, and sauce, poured it into a casserole dish, sprinkled chopped almonds on top, and baked it for 30 minutes. ..."

I drained the canned corn before adding it, and the liquid came out just right. I also sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on top before serving."
