Reviewed Quinoa Stir Fry W/ Spinach and Walnuts

"Sorry, we didn't like this. It was very bland. Might be better if I used broth instead of water and seriously bumped up the seasonings. Also the recipe says to add salt but doesn't list it as an ingredient or say how much. I used about 1 tsp as another reviewer suggested. Wish I could rate this higher but I expected better after all the rave review..."

Reviewed Cm's Cranberry Lemon Iced Drops

"Wonderful cookies! I doubled the recipe to use up a whole 12oz bag of cranberries and used 1/2 unsalted butter and 1/2 Crisco baking stick (what I had on hand). The only other change I made was to use walnuts instead of pecans because that's what I had on hand. I coarsly chopped half of the cranberries and finely chopped the rest along with the nut..."

    Reviewed Lemon Cheesecake Bars

"Yum! I made these using Low Fat Cream Cheese, Fat Free SC Milk, bottled lemon juice (it's all I had)and subbing walnuts for the pecans (again what I had on hand)and they were so very good. I know they'd have been even better with fresh lemon juice and full fat everything but there's really not much room for improvement even with my substitutions. T..."

Reviewed Fantastic Apple Sour Cream Coffee Cake

"WOW!! I can't believe more people haven't tried this recipe, this is the very best cake I've ever made! It's moist and delicious. I doubled the toppings and spread part of it over half the batter like you suggested and used extra apples because we have an overloaded tree. This is a keeper for sure! Thanks for sharing this great recipe Kitten!"
