"This was one of the best Scalloped Potatoes recipe I have found. Normally my taters turn out watery. Not so with this one. I did add one clove minced garlic, 3/4 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, minced, and used sharp white cheddar cheese. Next time I will add some chopped onion. "I have to give 5 stars for this recipe. I did change it a little bit to accomidate my wifes diet by not adding butter. I added about 1/4 tsp each crystalized ginger and dehydrated orange peel, per layer. We couldn't stop eating them. Thanks for the wonderful recipe."

"I tried this recipe this morning for the crew at work and got rave reviews. I was a bit reluctant with all the cheeses in it, but forged ahead. It was DELICIOUS!!!
