"I made the sauce only, so my review is about only the sauce. It was WONDERFUL! Absolutely wonderful. The only substitution was white wine instead of vinegar because I can't stand the smell of vinegar. This sauce is quite spicy, so if you don't like a lot of heat, you may want to add less chipotle pepper. The first night we spooned it over B/S chic..."

"I can't believe that I forgot to rate this WONDERFUL bread! I tried recipe after recipe and DH would just say "it's OK". But he said that he LOVED this bread. I make it every 3 days. DH told me not to try any more recipes because this is THE one.It makes great toast too. I make the dough in the bread machine and bake it in the oven...it's prettie..."

"Can you believe that I forgot to rate this AWESOME rice? We love it and have it once a week at least. I always make a recipe as written the first time, unless I need to sub for something I don't have. The 2nd time I used jasmine rice. It was to die for! I use the jasmine rice all the time now. Let me tell you some other things you can add: chipotl..."

"We loved this! I did make a couple of changes because of personal taste. I wanted to use jasmine rice (our favorite, so I cooked it separately and added it at the end (it doesn't take as much time to cook. The only other thing I did differently was to use more chipotle pepper because we like things kicked up a bit. I used a large pepper...next t..."

"This was simply WONDERFUL! I didn't have any seasoned salt, so I omitted it. I made another substitution by necessity..didn't have any frozen hash browns, so I made some from fresh potatoes. About half way through the cooking I peeked in and saw that they were browning on the bottom but the potatoes weren't cooking. I needed to add water. DUH! I c..."

"EXCELLENT! I made this last night with just a few differences. I didn't have fresh ginger, so I used 1/2 tsp. dried ginger. I had frozen mild green chilis that we grew, so I used 4 of those. Canned ones would work I'm sure. Next time I'll add a jalapeno too. We LOVED this Rachael! Tonight I'll top the leftovers with mashed potatoes and pop in the ..."

"I can't believe I haven't rated this yet! We have been making these WONDERFUL poppers for 2 years now. DH and I don't like cream cheese, so I stuffed them with chunks of cheddar instead. That's the only thing I did differently. These are amazing!!"

"WONDERFUL! I love asparagus, DH "likes" it. He absolutely loved this as much as I did (I knew I would. The first time I made this, it was a side dish. Tonight I'm making it again...as the main dish. It's that good! I always make a new recipe as written the first time. Tonight I'll add some garlic. The casserole doesn't NEED garlic, but I think it..."

"YUMMY! The only adjustment I made was by necessity. I didn't have any pineapple juice, so I took the advise of another reviewer and pureed pineapple chunks. It worked beautifully. The ribs were both tender and delicious. Thanks for posting a keeper!"

"Wow! This is outstanding bread ! I had only colby/jack so I used that. I used the dough cycle and baked this on a cookie sheet. It was a wonderful "grab a hunk and eat it" bread. My 2 year old was here that night and after tasting it, he kept saying "MORE". I wrapped half the loaf up for him to take home and he didn't put it down ...kept saying "..."
