    About Me

    I live at the feet of the majestic Rocky Mountains. I have a beautiful wife (who was a professional cook for several years) and four loveable children (two boys, two girls). My favorite cookbook is the one we in our family call the "Red Bible"; Betty Crocker's Cookbook (Golden Press, New York, Western Publishing Company, Inc., Racine, Wisconsin, (C) 1969). My wife uses it for all our favorite recipes. It's a classic, we found it in a donations store (think Good Will). My wife grew up using this book, and learning from her mother.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite restaurant at the moment is Olive Garden, for the salad and breadsticks. My favorite dish, which is about the easiest thing in the world to make, is what I call barbecued sausages. You throw your favorite sausages or little wieners into a crock pot along with a full bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce, and then you cook it overnight.
