"I wish I'd of never found this recipe LOL! I first tried it for this year's superbowl...and by over whelming demand I've had to cook up 6 more batches since then. I do put more 'sauce' on it than in the recipe but it's pretty dang good with or without more 'sauce'. Oh and each batch I've played around with different ingredients and it's all bee..."

"I was lured by the recipe because it was from 1900's Italy and the pork neck bone 'cause I had never had any of those. I am SO GLAD this recipe caught my eye. It is SOOOOO GOOD!!!!! I loved that all the ingredients were stuff normally kept on hand. It was thick and decadent and soooo perfect! I don't think I've had better in any restaurant. An add..."

"I'm rating it on how I had to make it since I couldn't find brioche bread (my guess is the brioch would've taken it up a notch. Since I couldn't find brioch bread and didn't know enough about it to know what to try and sub for it...just used the only slider buns I could find...whole wheat but I did butter them and bake. The meat tasted really g..."

"Can't believe I forgot to review this, made it back in November at the deer lease. We really enjoyed these and it was easy to do. I did salt and pepper each layer. It was nice to have something that felt a little 'sophisticated' to eat down at the deer lease. Thanks for posting the recipe."

"Finally a guacamole recipe with a short ingredient list that tastes really good! I used a purple onion since we like those and a jalapeno but took all the seeds out since I'm big baby when it comes to spicy hot food."

"Like 303 other reviewers I found it very good. I used heavy cream because I knew I would enjoy that more and it was bit dry for us but nothing that couldn't be overcome with a bit more cream and butter...also added a bit more parmesan because we are both big fans of that...also topped with a little bit chopped green onion. Yum!"

"Oh this was good...both hubby and I really liked it...next time though rather than pineapple chunks and cutting the veggies into chunks....I'll use pineapple tidbits and cut the veggies smaller that way it's easier to every component in a single bite...I loved the marachino cherries on there own but hubby and I thought they were a bit too sweet/ov..."

"It was okay. I followed the recipe exactly. I think for us the Velveeta was just to overpowering..I might try it again and just use mozarella and see if that helps. I did like the flavor from jalapenos."

"Won't rate it 'cause maybe it was just our tastebuds. We didn't care for this too much, just had a funny taste for us. Also it was a really nice rump roast but it came out really tough, not sure if the cofee had something to do with that or not. Thanks for the recipe still...as I like trying recipes with a different twist on traditional dishes."

"I won't rate it because maybe having it on warm for several hours after cooking caused it to be sour and bitter. However, when I did a pre-crock pot taste of it, it tasted pretty yummy. Was my first time to try turnips so if I make again...I'll just eat it as is and not put in the crock pot."
