"Quick and easy. It is like a cake bar not granola bar. I used corn flourn (maseca, since I hate bean flavor (fava and garbanzo flours in my gluten free cooking, and natural peanut butter instead of almond, since it's more affordable. I mixed all the dry together with the almonds and included the melty peanut butter in my wet ingredients. Since ..."

"This is the most amazing gluten free pizza crust!! I have probably made 20 of these for my boyfriend and my friends. DELICIOUS!!! I don't use the powdered milk and it comes out just fine. We bake it for 10 min then grill it on our Weber for another 10-15 minutes for a wood fired pizza flavor. OUTSTANDING!!"

"Very tasty and super easy! Perfect! I used 1% milk and it worked fine, however it was a little watery at the bottom so I might reduce it to 3/4 cup next time. This recipe is also very versitile, I used a chicken sausage and mushrooms and mixed the cheddar with asiago. Froze the leftovers for the rest of the week. Thanks for a great recipe!"
