    About Me

    I'm a general health & diabetes recipes cook & my husband Bob is a cardiologist. We're known as The Cook and The Cardiologist on Facebook, & I hope you join ("friend") us there: http://on.fb.me/aBdqkz

    I've studied nutrition (on my own), and been coached by Bob for 30 years on every new finding in Cardiology, Nutrition, and Diabetes both types 1 and 2.

    Bob for 30 years has practiced internal medicine, cardiology, & the relationship between diabetes & cardiovascular disease (heart attack & stroke).

    Our recipes emphasize low carb *&* low fat, plus the health benefits of cocoa & protein powder, which contains no cholesterol or fat. None! (Fish & skinless chicken breast do have cholesterol; what they don't have is saturated fat.)

    On our website this page (How to translate ALL carbs you're eating into the sugar they'll metabolize into) is the most visited page: http://bit.ly/cNTiam

    But every page of the site has the latest health info, things you may never have known..

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Love cooking, baking, gardening, helping others. Have created luscious No Fat No Sugar recipes using unsweetened cocoa (the TOP antioxidant -- 29 times more potent than broccoli -- & Splenda; also all day healthy eats using canola, olive oil, but no bad fats, no sugars "hidden" or otherwise.
    Have put great recipes, nutrition & health info on our web site:
