"This is a good recipe - very flavorful. I changed it slightly because we only need 2 packets. Also, had extra potatoes, so I made those in a separate packet with the marinade and they were great. I would really recommend that you make a slit in the foil like Kittencal recommends - otherwise it get a little watery (we forgot to do it until later..."

"This is great base recipe! I didn't use any of the vegetable oil, only a little olive oil with the fish in a non stick pan and it was fine. I agree that it lacked a little flavor and should be marinaded in advance - will try that next time. I also added a chopped jalapeno to the mayo mixture since we like it spicy!"
