I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

My name is Claire, the founder of Heart Handmade UK. I have been a member of Recipezaar for a long time now and used many recipes but i havent really contributed an awful lot! I plan to be more involved with what I am cooking and store healthy low fat but incredibly indulgent recipes!!

    Favorite Foods

My favourite dish to cook is probably meat balls - we would eat that a lot when the weather gets colder. That or Irish stew :) The best warm winter meals! At the moment I am cooking (or attempting to cook) low fat, healthy summery foods (not for losing weight, just maintaining).

I LOVE mexican food, Italian and French food.

I think I would be famous for my meatballs or stew!

Ive noticed in every restaurant I go to i get peppered steak and mash, i really need to stop that!! AND at the chinese i get the same thing each time etc etc. I am learning to love new foods and experiment more with my cooking!

The catch being.. I cant eat garlic and i hate mushrooms.. this is a nightmare when cooking mexican or italian food.
