"These were delicious! My children loved them; and said that the biscuits taste just like Red Lobster's biscuits. DH had fever so was not up to eating. We used mild cheddar since that was what I had on hand. Thanks for great recipe!"

"Great Recipe! I'm not a fish eater, but prepared (broiled) this dish using flounder for my DH and DS. They both loved it--commented that it had a delicious flavor. I had to stop my young adult DS from stealing from the pan--he asked for the recipe to take with him when he goes back to school. DH says I can make again."

"Very Good. Used soy creamer and almond milk (because I ran out of soy creamer). Didn't have any eggs--used extra milk. Delicious--11yo DS and 7 yo DD enjoyed. A little sweet for me (maybe because of the sweetener in the soy creamer and almond milk), but I still enjoyed. Great Recipe. Thank You!"
