I love to cook for my family. Cooking is my #1 hobby, out of need, as well as desire. I love traditional foods. My favorite cookbooks are Nourishing Traditions, Harvest Moon, and Cooking A to Z. My favorite chefs are Kelly the Kitchen Kop, Pioneer Woman, Martha and Cheese Slave.
I would also love to mention the blog The Wright Recipe Blog. Caroline makes fabulous foods. She has a very professional background, however makes recipes that are achievable by the home cook.
We recently moved to Melbourne, as my husband got his first job with a law firm. He is an experienced attorney. We have a son who is amazingly smart & sweet and keeps me endlessly busy.
In addition to cooking and spending time with my family, I enjoy plants and gardening, animals, health, travel, arts & crafts.
Squash, Lamb, Crab, Lobster, Dairy (esp. cheese), oats, bananas, berries, mangos, chocolates & legumes!
