"This is a great salad. I added a few extras. I used duck leftover from Xmas lunch, cherry tomatoes, red onion slivers, parboiled then chilled sugar snap & snow peas, slivers of red capsicum, small chunks of avocado & mango & mixed lettuces. Added a little olive oil to the dressing & S&P. Husband ate some well-aged cheddar with it which he s..."

"Evelyn, you've done it again!!This is very, very good. I had been looking for a Mustard Fruits recipe for a while - made one from the Australian Womens Weekly Italian Cookbook using mostly fresh fruit but it wasn't what I wanted. This fitted the bill & turned out even better than I'd hoped. I used all dried fruit, couldn't get dried cherries..."

"We just loved this. Used it on fingers of split turkish bread to accompany a mexican chicken soup dish. Mixing the cuisines, I know, but it worked very well. Definitely something I'll make time & time again - my son will insist that I do!!"

"Loved it. Great marinade & the butter was a huge hit - it will be used often. Didn't change a thing, other than to double the butter recipe. This recipe well-deserves the accolades. Thank you!!"

"Technically this is a Cottage Pie as it is based on ground beef. A Shepherd's Pie is based on ground lamb - and finely chopped leftover lamb from a roast is extra good. The recipe posted is a good basic one for either Cottage or Shepherd's Pie. Most Aussie home cooks have their own variations on this classic comfort food. Thank you for post..."

"Great recipe. I made it as written then, then the cooking was almost done, I added 2 tablespoons of milk to the baking dish & sprinkled finely chopped pancetta over the top. Back into the oven for 10 mins. Family raved about it.Perhaps the addition of pancetta (or prosciutto or cooked bacon might enhance this recipe for those who feel it lack..."

"French Tart you've done it again!!! Yet another extra yummo recipe from you - and thank you very much. My husband raved about it. I made the steak & topping exactly as per the recipe.I also made the recommended horseradish potatoes (which I'll review separately. And I made onion jam from your recipe (which has been a staple for a long time now..."
