    Reviewed Delicious Tuna-Mushroom Noodle Casserole

"By far my favorite tuna noodle casserole recipe! I used green onions and didn't have celery, but added two cloves of garlic. I used peas instead of mushrooms and only had 2% milk which worked great! I topped with a little more cheese and crushed seasoned croutons. I made a 12oz bag of egg noodles but added only about 8oz of them and it was perfectl..."

    About Me

I am a stay at home mom living in Reno, Nevada. I have been married to the most wonderful husband, Robert, since Nov. 1999. We have three amazing children (Hannah-2002, Robbie-2004 & Isabelle 2006). I am a new homeschooling mom with my oldest who is almost 6 and plan to continue on with the other two when they are old enough. I love to cook and am always trying new and different things and my husband is happy to eat it all. His only complaint is that I keep making new things all of the time and he would like to have the good ones repeated occasionally. I love to entertain big or small. I often make or take something new to us from zaar and get my friends and family to rate it for the review. I am most passionate about Jesus and the gifts he gave me in my husband and children. And because of those gifts I am constantly working on being a better wife and mom. I love zaar because it's a place were I can store my favorite recipes and I will be able to easily pass them on to my children. I also enjoy the ability to find just about anything I am looking for here. I still like my cookbooks, Southern Living, Paula Deen, Giada, Bobby Flay and Cooking Light are amoung my favorites.

    Favorite Foods

You name it and we love it...Thai, Italian, Southern, Sushi, Mexican...all of it. I don't think I am famous for a dish specifically, more for being the friend that my friends call for a recipe when they need one. I may not be the best cook in the world, but my husband and my friends sure do make me feel like I am, so if nothing else for that I feel especially blessed. I love fresh Sushi and never the all-you-can-eat kind...it must be high quality, which you just can't find here in Reno. So when we can get away closer to the shore somewhere we try to find a good place.
