I'm always trying to find recipes that are fast and easy since I usually run out of steam by the end of the day. I'm really into giving my standard "comfort foods" a healthier twist so I don't have to feel guilty.
gnocchi...by far the yummiest treat/heart attack on a plate. I crave homemade bread and jam, potato cheese soup and french onion soup. I wish I could make a good french onion soup, but I can't caramelize onions to save my life. I have to beg my sister to make them for me. :)
