    Reviewed Swedish Turkey Meatballs

"I made the recipe as directed, with the addition of some sliced cremini mushrooms. I've never had traditional Swedish meatballs, and this recipe seemed a little bland. My husband said Swedish meatballs he's tried in the past had a much tangier flavor to the sauce. All in all, these seem to be a great, healthy alternative to beef meatballs. Thanks ..."

"This was a long awaited, well worth the wait recipe. I served it alongside Recipe #167498 and good lordy was it delicious! I set it on top of some melted mozzarella and marinara sauce left over in the pan from baking the Parmesan. It was so good my DH was trying to trick me out of my dinner to eat mine too!"

"Hol-y Cow. This is probably the best recipe I've tried on 'Zaar. Given the chance I'd easily give it 10 stars. I made it as directed with only one change, I added about two spoonfuls of breadcrumbs on top of the caps before adding the mozzarella. These were so good my DH was actually trying to trick me out of the rest of my dinner so he could eat ..."

"These are some pretty delicious, extremely easy banana muffins. I didn't add nuts or chocolate hoping to focus on an intense banana flavor. I would recommend that if you won't be using some pretty outstanding bananas to add the nuts or chocolate to help boost the flavor a bit. However, if you're looking for a nice, not too sweet, mild banana flavo..."

"I absolutely hate to give low reviews, usually I know I'll like something before I even attempt to make it. I thought this sounded great and it got wonderful reviews, but for me they turned out bland and tough. I used 3.5 lbs pork spareribs, trimmed of most fat, and Bullseye BBQ sauce. I don't know if it was the recipe or some unforeseeable occurr..."

"I actually just had the lettuce wraps at Chili's a few days ago, but wanted to recreate the experience for my husband. While this was a very delicious set of recipes, it's not quite the same as the original. I did alter the recipe a bit, namely because I had the tastes of the original still fresh in my mind. I added two tablespoons of chopped, fre..."

"I LOVE fried zucchini sticks, so I couldn't wait to try these. These were an ok substitute, but unfortunately they didn't crisp up the way I was hoping they would. I cooked at 375 for 20 minutes, but they weren't crisp, so I turned the oven up to 400 for 5 minutes. They got a little more firm, but not as much as I'd hoped. Nevertheless, these defi..."

"Wow! Spice! This was quite the pasta. My husband thought it was fantastic, but it was all a little too much for me. It's rich and creamy, very spicy. I think in small portions, and toned down a bit, I'd love it. It was super easy to put together though, and that's always a huge hit with me! Reviewed for PAC Spring 2008. "I'm sorry to say I seem to be the one person who isn't in love with this recipe. I made it exactly according to the recipe, it was just so bland. It was also what I made when my mother came into town, the first time I've cooked for her in years. She disliked it as much as I did and it was quite embarrassing."
