"This was so lovely on a cold day! I love the extra flavour that comes through when veggies are roasted. I used red onions and a combination of button, brown and portabello mushrooms. Next time, I'm going to throw in some dried cepes with the stock as well, just to really ramp up the flavour. Only change was to use extra olive oil for the butte..."

"Made this for dinner tonight and we quite enjoyed it. I loved the flavour combination of the spicy, salty and sweet and that little bit of ginger adds a really nice warm flavour. The only thing I would change next time would be to change the sugar to brown sugar and to reduce the quantity of sugar - it was just a bit too sweet for our tastes. E..."

"Oh, goodness, so many of my favourite things in one recipe. Cheese, cream, red peppers...I made this for a drinks and nibbles evening I had with some friends and this went down a treat. I used a lovely local cheddar and a fresh chili pepper and served it with home made tortilla chips, crudites and fresh bread. So yummy and so decadent. I'll d..."

"I made these for some friends as part of a drinks and nibbles evening and it got mixed reviews. Nevertheless, I'm the one writing the review, so it's my opinion that's the important one and I loved it. I love midori and the flavour came through so very well. I loved that it wasn't too sweet - I don't have that much of a sweet tooth, so that lim..."

"We enjoyed these a lot. Made them as one of a variety of nibbles to go with some drinks we were having last night. I wanted to make tortilla chips, but I don't deep fry anything, so the fact that these were baked was perfect. I didn't use salt and found they were a little bit bland, but that's my fault and certainly not the fault of the recipe...."

"We loved these a lot. We had a drinks and nibbles party which sort of turned into a tapas party and these were lovely. I doubled the recipe and have been nibbling on the leftovers all day. We used smoked paprika and this seemed to work really well. Thanks for sharing - made for ZWT5."

"I've had these in restaurants before and thought that they'd be extremely complicated to make and well beyond my skill level. How wrong could I have been? These were so, so easy to make and so yummy. I used walnuts from our tree, toasted them in the oven for just over 15 minutes before tossing them in with the other ingredients and it came toge..."

"The simple recipes really are the best, aren't they? I made this for a drinks and nibbles party and cut this into cubes, and it was very popular. Very simple to cook and easy to follow instructions. Thanks for sharing - made for ZWT5."

"I can't actually comment on the taste of this recipe as it was all gone before I got the chance to try it, so I can only assume this was fantastic. I made it for a drinks and nibbles evening and it just vanished. I did miss out the red pepper flakes as I know from experience that my butcher's chorizo is already very spicy, but apart from that no..."

"I made this for my drinks and nibbles evening last night and it was lovely. I baked these in the oven - had so many things on the go that I ran out of room on the stove top. Made as written and will make again. Made for ZWT5."
