"Moist? Yes, but I felt it needed a slightly more cocoa and less oil. The bottom of the cupcake liners were oily so I had to wipe them. I will keep this recipe for now because I finally found a moist red velvet cupcake."

"Sooo good! I've always had my eyes on this recipe and finally made it tonight. Why the h3ll did I wait so long! Oh yeah, use kosher salt not table salt. Taste your gravy and make any adjustments before serving like adding a bit of water if its too salty."

"Thought these were good. I used half of the sauce and threw the seared chicken the crockpot. It collected enough broth. My daughter didn't care for it too much though."

"So simple and so good. Did not use cherry tomatoes as I was out, so I thick sliced some medium tomatoes and also added a touch of minced garlic....yummm!"

"It was very good but way salty. I had to squirt some lemon to mine, probably better with calamansi. It paired nicely with tomato and shallot salad with a touch to patis and little of kosher salt. I threw in some green onion at the end to give some color and additional flavor. I will make this again but use low-sodium soy sauce."

"Family loved it! Easy enough for my husband to do :. Since we bought dinner rolls that came in 12, we used 1.5 lbs of beef to even it out and of course, adjusted the seasonings. We thought something else was missing but overall, this stuff is great and cute for entertaining. Thank you, Alton!"

"Awesome marinade! Without being dry, we like a little marble in our steaks."

"I made the pasta only and refriderated overnight. Definately fresh! The parsley kept getting stuck in my teeth (used reg. parsley btw and wished I had finely chopped the parsley though. Reviewers suggested to cut down the herbs especially the dill which I did. I also toned down the oil and add more salt to taste. My husband is not a fan of feta ch ..."
