    "This is a VERY good recipe with JUST the right amount of HEAT. I added carrots and potatoes and omitted the raisins. This recipe NEEDS the sweetness though so I added some sugar and it was perfect.So if you dont like raisins its ok just add some sugar or some type of sweetener to balance the strength of the curry powder.     "This recipe has a really good flavor and does make juicy burgers (I used 85% lean ground beef. I made it for my wife as a surprise and asked her for her honest opinion. She said , "It has a good flavor but it's not strong at all." I agree also. I did use French's Worc. Maybe next time I will use Lee & Perrins, more expensive but a much better fla..."

    "I tried this for a hamburger spread. Was quick and easy to make. I didn't have the Vinegar so I just omitted it and it still tasted very well. I did add a pinch of salt, garlic salt and pepper. I also changed out the relish for 4 dill pickle chips (I cut the recipe in half. It came out well! Thanks!"
