    I'm all about the healthy eating. I suffered from several eating disorders--from anorexia to bulimia to binge eating disorder--during my college years, and during the process of recovery have dedicated myself to learning about balancing healthy eating with social situations and junk food cravings. Check out my blog at highvibediet.com to learn more about the way of eating that's helped me get my life back on track...if you're in trouble, maybe it can help you too! (Or even if you're not in trouble, it would probably help you shed a few pounds, if you had weight to lose, or at least feel youthful and energetic everyday.)

    Favorite Foods

    Greens (romaine, spinach, kale), vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts), fruits (apples, blueberries, mangoes), beans (lentils, kidney beans, edamame), nuts/seeds (sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans), starches (potatoes, pumpkin, yams), oatmeal, dark chocolate, raw sugar, maple scones, and coffee =)

    Basically, I love all healthy foods and a moderate amount of some less healthy ones.
