I'm all about the healthy eating. I suffered from several eating disorders--from anorexia to bulimia to binge eating disorder--during my college years, and during the process of recovery have dedicated myself to learning about balancing healthy eating with social situations and junk food cravings. Greens (romaine, spinach, kale), vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts), fruits (apples, blueberries, mangoes), beans (lentils, kidney beans, edamame), nuts/seeds (sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans), starches (potatoes, pumpkin, yams), oatmeal, dark chocolate, raw sugar, maple scones, and coffee =)
Basically, I love all healthy foods and a moderate amount of some less healthy ones.
