    I don't see it all all in my part of PA. So this recipe worked quite nicely for my southwestern PA family.

    I understand this is more common in Eastern PA; I'm in southwestern PA (Pittsburgh) where it is not a common dish. But I've seen it on the Food Network and opted to try this recipe -- I'm glad I did! I did make my own Belgian waffles instead of using frozen ones, though.
