    "I had some raspberries that I wanted to use up as well as a not great nectarine, I added these to the great peaches that I had. I also decreased the sugar slightly and didn't bother peeling the fruit. It was easy and delicious. We had a scoop of vanilla ice cream with it. I will make this again and try it with other fruit.     "We made this for our Chilean multicultural night. It turned out really well. It was really simple to prepare, you could really make the chicken and sauce in advance and then just mix them and bake them before serving. Made quinoa with black beans and corn on the side and also slice avacado, the whole thing was yummy."
