"My wife and I loved this bread. I will definitely make it again and can't wait to share it with others!

I love fresh grated nutmeg and probably used extra, but that is just a personal preference."

"This turns out a great loaf! I make it on dough cycle then knead it a bit and shape it ... let it rise an hour then bake at 375 for about 35 minutes. I really like the texture for sandwiches. I've also been using canola oil instead of butter only because I try not to eat too much butter."

"I've tried many recipes for Spanish rice looking for one that turns out light and fluffy. Finally this is it! Many others have turned out tasty but too moist or sticky. My wife and son loved it as much as I and I'll definitely be making this often. Thanks for the recipe."

"Very good, I like the addition of the Ranch Dressing Mix that this recipe calls for. I used chicken breasts meat, grilled and shredded, and a different combination of beans based on what I had, also no hominy but added some potatoes. Simple, Quick and tasted great."

"These are really quite good! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I do think made from scratch homemade pumpkin muffins are better, especially the consistancy, but for something quick and easy these are great.I like to add about 3/4 cup applesauce, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, and about 1/8 tsp ground cloves."

"Since I found this recipe we have been having it at least once a week, sometimes twice. To save on fat I don't use the butter, but instead a couple teaspoons of heart friendly margarine with the lemon juice (I've also substituted lime juice and that works great also."
