    New Topic Colombian recipes using chorizo in Recipe Requests - General

    "I've gotten a pound of what purports to be Colombian-style chorizo and Dad wants to cook it for a party on Saturday. Since there's not that much, I'm looking for a recipe with some vegetables as filler -- a stew, hash or something similar. Not rice or potatoes since we'll have plenty of other starches.
