"This was fantastic! The skirt steak tasted amazing, and marinade was extremely easy. Marinated for about 4 hours. Ended up cheating and just grilled on the gas grill, though. But was still pretty good regardless!"

"Made this without the jalapeno pepper or chili powder, and added some bread crumbs to the mix to help it thicken up a bit and stick together better. Flavor was great, but they were still pretty sticky and hard to keep together. Next time will try making them an hour ahead and chilling in the fridge to help them hold up. "I was actually quite disappointed with this recipe UNTIL I remembered the extra mustard sauce for the last few bites. THEN I was extremely excited about this dish : With the extra sauce on the end, there is lots of flavor, and is quite easy and quick!!
