My favorite restaurant... is a small restaurant in Olypis Feilds, IL called "Flavors." The proprietor there is named Rochelle and she reminds me a lot of myself. No formal training, just a passion for doing what she does. My favorite dishes there are her Sweet Potato Pancakes with the Orange Marmalade Butter, The Jerk Chicken and Grits casserole and the Red Beans and Rice Omlette. On the dinner menu, well, she switches that one up every now and then but anythig you order is bound to be great. Flavors in Olympis Feilds, IL is what I call "the real deal."
