    Reviewed Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore

"This is a fantastic recipe! I've made it more than once and people rave about it being restaurant quality. I make mine in the oven in a bean pot rather than a crock pot because time is always an issue for me with crock pots. 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min is perfect with a bean pot. About Me

We live in a rural area smack dab in the "Heartland" of America". The grocery selections in our area are pretty limited so I don't use many exotic ingrediants, but I do have access to lots of farm fresh produce. My recipes are traditional comfort foods and restaurant knock-offs I make in my home for my family.

    Favorite Foods

To eat: Hearty Italian dishes with rich pasta sauces.
To make: Baked sweets from Fancy Cakes, to creative cookies and breakfast pastry.
