"Today we made apple cider and canned it. It is delicious! Very sweet!
We got 13 quarts!
Next we are going to make hard apple cider! We have an extra carboy and lots of apples!!!! 8)
We have two huge boxes left! The rest is in freezer bags and made into applesauce.
Still have to make some apple butter. Will save some apples for it.

"I just bought some Vietnamese Cinnamon from KA. It smells heavenly.
McCormicks just wasn't cutting it anymore. I seemed to be using way more than the recipe called for.
Cinnamon is one of my favorite spices, besides nutmeg.
Anyone one know a lot about cinnamon?"
