    Reviewed Parmesan Chicken

"A friend of mine made this for a dinner party, and it was fantastic. I finally got around to making it myself and loved it even more. The pounding is probably the most important step - don't skip it! I followed the recipe, but used panko instead of regular bread crumbs, created such a fabulous crisp on the outside. I also added a handful of fresh chopped parsley and basil to the egg wash and think it added an extra light layer of flavor. I will make this again and again and love how it goes with everything from roasted potatoes and asparagus to pasta and marinara. Divine!"
